PAT ALLEN, Vice President of Information Technology, joined the
Company in October 1999 as Manager of Technical Support until his promotion to Information Technology Director. Mr. Allen is responsible
for the Company’s two offsite data centers, internal data, networks, and communications functions. He also oversees the Company’s technical
support and Quality Assurance teams. From 1994 to 1999, Mr. Allen served as a Senior Information Technology Consultant for the State of
Oklahoma Health Department. Prior to the Health Department, he was employed by The University of Oklahoma, Health Sciences Center, Oklahoma
City, as a Multimedia and Network Specialist.
Mr. Allen has a BFA from Midwestern State University, Wichita Falls, Texas.
